Who’s on first? Here, it’s who’s the tight end?

The Cardinals’ tight end spot has been notable this season only for the mystery of who will be playing the posititon.
Last week, it was Jerame Tuman and somebody named Stephen Spach, who had just been acquired.
This week, Ben Patrick may return from a knee injury. Or they could go with Tuman.
Coach Ken Whisenhunt had said starter Leonard Pope, who has a lingering ankle problem, would return to practice this week. But so far, he hasn’t.
Patrick was “ready to go” at St. Louis but was held out because he hadn’t practiced much, Whisenhunt said.
Spach played “very well” considering he’d just joined the team, Whisenhunt said.
“With Stephen getting another week in practice, I feel much better about that position.”
Spach threw a nice block on Tim Hightower’s 30-yard touchdown run…
Eric Green sat out much of practice with a sore knee, so you have to wonder whether rookie Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie will make his first career start on Monday night.
